A more personal approach to bodywork.
Meet Alexis
A massage therapist with 15+ years of experience and a belief that caring for the body deserves time, attention, and intention. Over the years, she has come to appreciate that no two people arrive at a session in the same way. Localized primarily in Central Florida, Alexis has given over 10,000 massages during her career as a massage therapist. In her spare time she loves making music, writing, creating art, and traveling to places that take her breath away.
“We carry different experiences, responsibilities, movement patterns, and levels of tension. Though I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, somatic mindfulness, and Swedish, the real work begins with listening. Understanding what someone is experiencing, what matters to them, and how we can shape a session around their needs in the comfort of their own environment. At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to create space for people to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with their bodies. Through Regulate & Release Bodywork, I hope to make that experience a little easier to access, one session at a time.”

The philosophy behind the name
“Regulate & Release Bodywork” reflects two parts of the experience we hope to offer.
Regulate is about creating the conditions for a pause. A chance to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself. Release is about making space for change. That might mean addressing muscular tension, allowing yourself to rest, or simply leaving a little less preoccupied with everything waiting outside the room.
There is no expectation to feel a certain way or to achieve a particular result. The experience is yours.
Why mobile bodywork?
We believe receiving care should be as accessible and comfortable as possible. Bringing massage therapy directly to clients allows them to receive personalized care in a familiar environment, without having to plan additional travel before and after their appointment.
It’s a more personal way to make time for yourself.
Our commitment to you
We bring professional experience, thoughtful attention, and respect for your boundaries to every session.
Your comfort matters. Your feedback matters. Your needs matter.
Our role isn’t to tell you what your body should be experiencing. It’s to work with you, respond to your needs, and provide a professional space where you can receive care without judgment.
An invitation
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely exhausted to make time for yourself.
Whether you’re looking for regular body maintenance, focused therapeutic work, or a moment to slow down, you’re welcome here.
